I love Love. I think it is the best feeling in the word – to be in love and to be loved back.
I am convinced that all our emotional challenges come from a lack of love, be it love from our parents, partners or from ourselves.
That is why I am such a strong believer in Naam Yoga Therapies. In the words of Dr.Levry, the founder of Naam Yoga: ” I do not need your brain, I am here for your heart… The main purpose of your life is to open up your heart”. Naam Yoga is a great way to achieve that. Naam Yoga practice opened up my heart. It increased my feeling of self-love and helped me to connect to the unconditional love from the Divine. I now choose to be in love with everyone and everything. I am getting a little bit better at it every day.
So I invite you to give this practice a try. Work with the Naam mantras (Divine Word) that I use in my DVD program. Heal yourself, and find the self-love that we all need to have a happy life, plus that unconditional love that we all are searching for. Give yourself tools to replace other ways we often use to fill the void (drugs, alcohol, sex, food, work, etc). Be your own healer and your own Valentine!
